Withdrawal from the contract
If you buy from us as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of the day you receive the product, without giving any reason. That is more than the statutory 14 days.
Submit your withdrawal online
The quickest way is the withdrawal form available directly in our shop. You do not need an account or to log in.
You can open the same form with the Withdraw from the contract button in the bottom right-hand corner of every page of our shop.
- Open the form using the button above.
- Enter your full name, email address and order number.
- Confirm your statement in the second step of the form.
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email containing the content of your statement and the date and time it was submitted. Keep this message - it is your confirmation on a durable medium.
Other ways to submit your withdrawal
The online form is the most convenient option, but not the only one. You can also submit your statement:
- by email to sklep@loveandhate.pl,
- in writing, to the seller's address given at the bottom of this page.
Whatever form you choose, your statement must clearly indicate that you are withdrawing from the contract and include your full name and order number. You can use the ready-made form available on the Exchanges and Returns page, but this is not mandatory.
What happens to the product next
After submitting your statement, send the product back within 14 days to:

Include a note in the parcel stating whose return it is, so that we can match it with your statement. Send the tracking number to sklep@loveandhate.pl.
The product should be complete, with its original tags and in its original packaging. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
Costs
You bear the direct cost of returning the product.
You are also liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs up to the cost of the cheapest delivery method we offer, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your statement of withdrawal from the contract.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you have supplied proof of having sent it back, whichever is earlier.
We will make the refund using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any additional costs as a result.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
Under Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- products that are not prefabricated, are made to your specifications or serve to meet your individual needs, including orders in a non-standard size or with construction changes,
- products supplied in sealed packaging which cannot be returned once opened for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery. This applies to lingerie and swimwear secured with a hygiene sticker.
