Privacy Policy
- The personal data controller is Mediaway Maciej Pluciński, NIP: 727-283-56-56, 94-134 Łódź, Konarzewskiego 2 lok. 2, hereinafter referred to as the Seller
- The Seller declares that it stores your personal data securely and in accordance with the law (Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, known as the ‘GDPR’)
- The processing of Customers' personal data serves the purposes of fulfilling orders, providing services by electronic means, handling the payment process and delivery, and other purposes set out in the Terms and Conditions.
- Data are processed solely on the basis of legal provisions or consent given by the Customer
- The Customer provides their data voluntarily, subject to the proviso that failure to provide the data specified during the purchase process may make it impossible to place and fulfil the Customer's order.
- Personal data obtained from the Customer are processed for the following purposes:
- performance of the sales contract
- marketing of the Seller's products
- examining the effectiveness of marketing activities
- examining the correct functioning of the system and the sales platform
- needs related to accounting reporting
- handling requests and enquiries addressed to the Seller by Customers
- In connection with carrying out the processes described in point 5, the Seller collects the following types of data:
- user account data - enabling access to the customer account (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- basic personal data - processing enquiries, enabling the conclusion of sales contracts, verifying their performance, assisting with their conclusion or performance, delivery of products, handling complaints (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- address data - delivery of products, handling complaints and enquiries (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- contact data - handling complaints and enquiries, providing information on order status, assistance with delivery (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- login data - verification of use of the Service (registration and deregistration), usage statistics (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR)
- transaction history - maintaining the account and providing access to the sales history, order tracking by the customer, usage statistics, analyses and market research (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR)
- payment data - performance of sales contracts (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- access data - examining interest in particular brands or products (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)
- The Seller undertakes to store the Customer's data for as short a time as possible with regard to the needs related to carrying out the sales process and delivery of the goods. Some of the data are stored on a continuous basis on the basis of consent given by the Customer and are linked to the performance of services ordered by the Customer, e.g. sending the newsletter or maintaining a Customer Account that has been created.
- The Customer has the right to access the personal data processed, to rectify them, to erase them or to restrict their processing.
- The Seller undertakes to erase personal data, in particular the Customer Account, at the express request of the Customer.
- The Seller may refuse to erase personal data if the Customer has not settled all amounts due to the Seller or has infringed applicable laws, and retaining the personal data is necessary to clarify those circumstances and to establish the Customer's liability.

- The personal data controller protects the data and makes every effort to secure them against unauthorised access or use, and the controller processes the Customer's data within the scope of the authorisation granted by the Customer and in accordance with the requirements of the law and the GDPR

- The Shop does not collect data automatically, except for the information contained in Cookies
- Cookies are IT data which will be stored on the terminal device of a User of the Love and Hate Shop and are intended for use of the Shop's websites.
- The entity placing Cookies on the terminal device of the Shop User and obtaining access to them is the shop operator
- Cookies are used for the purpose of:
- adapting the content of the Shop's websites to the User's preferences and optimising the use of the websites; in particular, these files make it possible to recognise the Shop User's device and display the website appropriately, tailored to their individual needs
- creating statistics that help to understand how Shop Users use the websites, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content
- Restricting the use of Cookies may affect some of the functions available on the Shop's Website.
