Terms and Conditions for the Exchange of Goods

For hygiene reasons, the product being exchanged must not show any signs of use and must have all the original tags attached to the product by the factory.

  1. An exchange is possible within 30 calendar days of receiving the parcel. After this period, an exchange will not be possible. 
  2. The product being exchanged must not show any signs of use, must be complete and must have all the original tags attached to the product by the factory.
  3. Secure the product being exchanged and place it in the parcel together with the completed and signed Goods Exchange Form. 
  4. Specify the products, including sizes, for which the exchange is to be made. State the reason for exchanging the product on the form.
  5. Send the tracking number of the parcel you are sending back to us to sklep@loveandhate.pl.
  6. Please remember that we do not accept parcels sent to us cash on delivery.
  7. Send the parcel to the following address: Fundacja Out Of The Box, ul. Tomasza Konarzewskiego 2/2, Łódź 94-134.
  8. We will send a parcel to you within 48 hours of a positive assessment.

  1. Returns are possible within 30 calendar days of receiving the parcel. After this period, a return will not be possible. 
  2. The product being returned must not show any signs of use, must be complete and must have all the original tags attached to the product by the factory.
  3. Secure the product being returned and place it in the parcel together with the completed and signed Goods Return Form.
  4. Specify the products, including sizes, that you wish to return, stating the reason for the return on the form.
  5. Send the tracking number of the parcel you are sending back to us to sklep@loveandhate.pl.
  6. Please remember that we do not accept parcels sent to us cash on delivery.

  8. You will receive your refund within 14 days of a positive assessment.
