Exchanges and returns

1. Exchanges are possible within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
2. Pack the product you are exchanging securely and place it in the parcel together with the completed and signed Exchange Form.
   
3. Specify the products you would like in exchange. State the reason for the exchange on the form.
4. Email the tracking number of the parcel you are sending back to us to sklep@loveandhate.pl.
5. Please note that we do not accept parcels sent to us cash on delivery.
6. Send the parcel to: Fundacja Out Of The Box, ul. Tomasza Konarzewskiego 2/2, Łódź 94-134.
7. We will send your parcel within 48 hours of approving your exchange.

Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, the product being returned must not show any signs of use. The returned product must have all the original tags attached to it by the manufacturer.

2. Pack the product you are returning securely and place it in the parcel together with the completed and signed Return Form.
   
3. Specify the products you want to return and state the reason for the return on the form.
4. Email the tracking number of the parcel you are sending back to us to sklep@loveandhate.pl.
5. Please note that we do not accept parcels sent to us cash on delivery.
6. Send the parcel to: Fundacja Out Of The Box, ul. Tomasza Konarzewskiego 2/2, Łódź 94-134.
7. You will receive your refund within 14 days of approving your return.
