Bridal lingerie - beautiful or practical?

The vast majority of women dream of a fairy-tale wedding. From a very young age we plan our ‘wedding dream’, dream of a prince on a white horse (okay, that's just a figure of speech…) and a wedding dress fit for a princess. Once the date is set and the ‘avalanche’ of preparations has begun, it's time to choose your wedding look.

We all know that for every woman the dress matters most. But there's something just as important - bridal lingerie. Why should we spend more time choosing the right lingerie? There are several reasons… Firstly - lingerie is the absolute foundation of any look. Without the right bra or briefs, your outfit won't sit the way it should. Not to mention that beautiful lingerie gives your confidence an incredible boost! Secondly - the lingerie you plan to wear under your wedding dress should be with you from the very first fitting of your made-to-measure dress. Which means you absolutely can't leave the choice to chance, or to the last minute. Thirdly - bridal lingerie has to be both beautiful and practical. Unless you're planning two sets - and that's not a bad option at all!

What colour should bridal lingerie be?

It's best to choose lingerie in shades of beige that blend perfectly with your skin tone - quite simply the safest option. Some dresses allow you to wear white lingerie, but it all depends on the dress itself. In short - you have to try it on. :) If only nude lingerie will work under your dress, then white is a MUST HAVE for your wedding night! After all, such an important occasion deserves to be marked…
